Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our luxury products, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear photo of the item in its original packaging

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Note:

  • Hair products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition (no combing, washing, cutting, or installation) to be eligible for resolution.

  • Issues reported after 48 hours or without proper evidence may not qualify for replacement.

We reserve the right to deny any request if the product shows signs of use or tampering.
